I know that it’s all a minefield and lots of people will tell you lots of different things but I like to keep things simple, so if you are looking to get a transactional site (transactional meaning people can buy goods or services from it) or you want to improve the one you have then consider the following points. Can you maintain the site yourself? In other words imagine it this way, if you had a new product and it needed to be on your web site at 8.00am today and the current time is 6.00am could you get it on there? The answer with my websites is yes you could, as you could do it yourself without any problems, but if you were relying on a web company and paying them say 150.00  a month to maintain your site for you  I'm almost 99% sure you could not. Its very important to be able to change your site your self, prices and deliveries change all the time, a lot of companies don't want you to be able to do this as they want to charge you a hefty monthly fee, kind of a cheap website initially but then you have top pay them to do all changes, and god forbid if you fall out with them they can make your life hell!

Other factors to consider is time. Can you get hold of your web design company 24/7. Are they helpful? Is advice free? I give you free advice on Google search, Keywords, Marketing and a whole lot more. I want you to succeed and I want your website to succeed, just like this one Thames Rib.

Some of my work is listed below, of course not all the designs are my idea, there is input from the client too. If you  have a particular design and that's what you want, then that's what we will do. We give free advice and free design but at the end of the day the ultimate design for you business transactional website is yours.
