Hi Charlotte and Dean,
I just want to say thank you for a fab trip, and for the photos for James's birthday. It is definitely the best experience on the Thames! And apart from all this, thank you for being so hospitable with us. We are certainly looking to bring others with us during the summer. So we'll see you again soon I hope.

I just wanted to drop you and your colleagues a quick line regarding our experience last Monday. Your staff were fantastic ! Not sure of the lady's name who greeted us, but as I had previously mentioned to you Sam my nephew was very nervous. She made him feel very at ease and the 2 guys John and Harry were brilliant. The trip was excellent - I screamed the whole time we went fast ! Sam said he enjoyed most of it but didnt like the fast bits !
It was a brilliant experience - my other 2 nephews now want me to take them ! Very best wishes and thanks for all your help

I never really write in about good customer service but but i feel that i have to after the experience we had with your staff, we booked the boat trip for Saturday the 15th at 13.00. but me and my partner arrived 10 Mins late and we thought we would have missed it however though Emma was more, then happy to call the boat back for us and she made us feel so much better also the Guide John was great and the Skipper John.
As me and my partner work overseas as holiday reps we know what's its like when all you get is complaints and i know when people have a good service they forget to write it.
John the guide gave us loads of info and made it fun for us..... he was great at his stuff :) could you please pass this on to the staff... and again thanks for all your hard work

I would just like to say a huge thank you to your team for providing us with the best London experience we have ever had!  the 80 min trip to the Thames barrier was filled with excitement, fear, humor and comfort!  You cannot ask for anything more!  I will be urging everyone I know to experience this trip as soon as possible and I will definitely be back myself!.
 
What made the trip even more special was how welcome your team made us feel - from the booking phone call right through the entire trip!. 
 
Keep up the good work and please pass on our huge thank you's to all!

Yesterday was the most amazing day for my son's 21st and the RIB experience was just the tops!! A heartfelt thank you from both of us as we were on a high for the rest of the day having skimmed across the Thames loving every minute!
Our driver (sorry can't remember his name!) managed to weave from side to side tipping the boat at extraordinary angles which resulted in too many screams from me (a complete embarrassment to Joe!!) but resulted in a lot of laughter!! Adam, our guide, was brilliant and very informative with a great sense of humour which made for a fantastic experience - thank you so much for making our day so complete!
Will be telling everyone - this is the way to see London!!
I'll be back with the rest of the family when it warms up again

I would like to take this opportunity to say how great all your staff are, so friendly and knowledgeable and making the whole experience brilliant!
I would like to make a special mention to John and Charlie who were manning Boat 1 at 14.00 on 02.10.11 (Sunday) as that’s the one me and my sister were aboard, I had treated my sister and she had no idea what she was going to be doing and she had a fab time and thanks to Charlie's sense of humour and John's brilliant skills as a skipper we both thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and had a good laugh. Also when we had left the boat my sister and I were standing on the embankment when Charlie came up because he was taking a quick break, I caught his attention to ask a question and he politely spent time with us to answer. I feel he went the extra mile and obviously is a genuinely nice guy but also an asset to your company.
Keep up the good work guys and we hope to see you again in the not too distant future.

".... The trip was just fantastic"

What a fantastic experience!!! Friendly staff. We were welcomed at the pier by a very helpful and friendly young lady who set us up with coats and lifejackets. We we boarded the boat to start the "Experience". The trip was just fantastic. We had a birthday in our party, we had a sing along to Happy bithday music at high power speeds. The commentary was very informative. But the Speed and turns of the boat were obviously the highlights. I can honestly say the trip ended too soon.What a fantastic experience.

Thames Rib Experience are awesome! Professional, friendly and they provide a great product that gets the heart pumping. It has to be the best (and quickest) way to see London. Keep up the great work!

".... I did feel like James Bond"

Took my dad on this for his birthday. Certainly very exhilarating. I'd say this is an 'experience' tour rather than an 'information' tour. You get to tear down the Thames in a speedboat. I did feel like James Bond at the start of 'The World is Not Enough'. Great fun!

We visited Thames RIB Experience on Saturday 12th February and it was absolutely thrilling! I was worried that, being a Londoner, the experience might be more aimed at tourists and those unfamiliar with the city, but we found that it was an exhilarating experience for absolutely anyone, families, couples or tourists! What made the trip so enjoyable was the combination of the unbelievable adrenaline-rush from the speed and manoeuvring of the speed boat and the interesting and quirky way of finding out about London in a way you probably never have before!
Excellent trip and extremely worth a visit if you're looking for something different and original!

"... a wonderful unique addition to London's river experience"

Though I had viewed the videos, read the reviews and spoken to the team, nothing compared with the thrill of being on the water! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and the birthday boy Jai said he really appreciated the river knowledge combined with the fun of the boat. I am really impressed and you provide a wonderful unique addition to London's river experience which we are now going to recommend threefold to all out contacts.
